RESERVATIONS & BOOKING
How do I book a cottage?
You can book directly through our website, CypressOfAntioch.com, or reach out to us via email at [email protected] for custom stays, group bookings, or retreat planning.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes. Most bookings require a 2-night minimum. Holidays and peak season weekends may require 3 nights.
Do you allow 1-night stays?
Occasionally, depending on the date and availability. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
COTTAGE DETAILS
What amenities are included in the cottages?
All cottages include:
Full kitchens or kitchenettes Linens, towels, and basic toiletries Wi-Fi Air conditioning & heat outdoor space with seating Fire pit and grill access
Are pets allowed?
Select cottages are pet-friendly with prior approval and a pet fee. Please inquire when booking.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available by request.
BEACH & LAKE ACCESS
Is the beach included with my stay?
Yes! All overnight guests have guaranteed access to Cypress Beach, just steps from your cottage.
What beach amenities are available?
Cypress Beach offers:
Loungers, umbrellas, sand toys, floaties, tables, Kayaks and paddle boards (included with stay) Swimming area and picnic areas Beautiful lake views and sunset spots
Do you offer boat or jet ski rentals?
Yes. Rentals are available through our local partners. Let us know in advance and we’ll connect you.
BEACH PASSES
Can we visit the beach for the day if we’re not staying overnight?
Yes! Day beach passes are available to the public in limited quantities and must be reserved in advance.
How much are day passes?
$10 per person

Are large groups welcome?
Groups of 10 or more must reserve ahead and prepay via Zelle to [email protected].. Please text us with your group size and last name to confirm availability.
Where do we check in for day passes?
Guests will check in at the Vintage Camper.
All guests are required to sign in before heading to the beach.
GROUPS, EVENTS & RETREATS
Can I host a retreat or private event?
Absolutely! Cypress is a popular venue for weddings, corporate retreats, wellness events, and family reunions. Our Boathouse event space is available for rent.
What’s included with the Boathouse event space?
5 round tables, 32 chairs, 3 loveseats 24-ft buffet counter, bar, fridge & sink Smart TV, sound system, Restrooms/Showers
Do you provide catering or food options?
We can connect you with excellent local caterers and restaurants for on-site dining, delivery, or reservations. You’re also welcome to cook in your cottage or grill outdoors.
POLICIES & GENERAL INFO
Is there parking on-site?
Yes, we offer free on-site parking with space for multiple vehicles per cottage.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Within 30 days, refunds are at our discretion based on rebooking.
Is there staff on-site?
Yes. Our team is nearby and available for support throughout your stay. You’ll receive a contact number for any urgent needs.
How many people can you accommodate total?
Across all cottages, we can host up to 40 guests for overnight stays.

"Cypress Resort is the perfect getaway with beautiful views of Petite Lake; well-maintained beachfront to swim & play (all the toys & floaties); great accommodations for boaters; close to classic Chain O'Lakes supper clubs, dive bars, etc. You really never have to leave the grounds if you don't want to. The cottage we stayed modern amenities & decor with old school lake house touches. The hot tub was an awesome way to unwind after a day on the Chain. S'mores were had! Amanda, the owner, was so friendly and accommodating. My daughter stood in the doorway of the cottage for about a minute saying "goodbye" to her happy place before we had to leave and I had to fight back tears. That's when you know you did something right! We'll have to come back again so we can all reconnect with this magical place where so many wonderful memories were made."
